After living abroad for 15 years, I moved back to the United States this summer. It’s been a surreal feeling for me. In many ways, I’ve always enjoyed my role as an American expat, representing my country on the international stage, but it does feel good to be back in my home country. Since coming home, I’ve realized something incredible.
The majority of Americans are completely clueless about the world outside of America, and the US media is one of the most bias and destructive forces in the world.
This week I’m sharing the results from a new survey from the University of Cambridge that shows some incredible data. Cambridge used data from 137 different countries, which represents 97% of the world’s population. Therefore the results of this study are highly accurate.
The big takeaway that I want you to understand is that while the majority of Western liberal democracies have a growing negative sentiment against China and Russia:
The rest of the world (which is about 80% of the globe’s population) is the complete opposite. South America, Africa, Middle East, and Southeast Asia all have a growing positive image of China.
What’s amazing about this week’s video is that I use data collected from the University of Cambridge, one of the premier Western universities in the world. Enjoy this week’s video presentation of this important study and again thank you to Ground News for sponsoring this week’s newsletter.
Keep up the good work, thanks.
China's constructive.
